How Does It Work

EBC-46 is delivered in a single treatment by direct injection into tumours, or by topical application of a gel onto the tumour surface, and works by stimulating the patient’s innate immune system to destroy the tumour.

EBC-46 is potentially useful in treating any solid tumour that can be accessed for direct injection of the drug into the tumour. Essentially, any tumour that can be biopsied is amenable for treatment with the drug.
