Mr Ross Patane

Ross Patane holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Mortgage Industry Association and Graduate Management Association and is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute. Mr Patane is the Principal in charge of the Corporate Finance Group for WHK Horwath, Brisbane and authorised Representative of WHK Horwath Securities Limited.
He is also currently a Director of WHK Horwath Securities Ltd and Opus Capital Group. Mr Patane’s areas of expertise are providing corporate finance, capital markets and property advising services to clients. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions and consulting assignments including ASX listings, mortgage securitisation – origination and management, mortgage portfolio sales totaling $800 million, property trust and syndicate formations, mortgage trust establishment and administration, mergers, divestments and acquisitions, venture capital funding, investigating accountant’s and independent expert’s reporting services, and transaction due diligence, property development, management and restructuring services, responsible entity services, compliance committee services, financial services business planning and implementation strategies.
Mr Patane’s focus on capital markets enables clients to make the journey from start-up to successful listing on the ASX. Additional to his Corporate Advisory role, he lectures in Property Finance and Property Securities Valuation for Finsia’s Graduate Diploma course, and is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration studies at Queensland University of Technology.
